Time flies so fast, productivity boosted to the max is a must.
Our last week during our first exposure on our fourth year in the medical school was filled with the warm welcome of the community to the holidays, Christmas and New Year. As we, along with the people in our municipality and respective barangays are cherishing the last few days of the year 2022, it does not stop our desire to conduct the strategies we have devised for our Community Health Plans.

But first of all, who could resist the cold spring waters of Mabanag? Well our team sure could not!!! This get away during our day off from hospital duty proved to be a healing and cool experience. We got to unwind and just enjoy the time with no worries for a day
CHRISTMAS PARTY OF LOURMAH WOMEN’S ASSOCIATION
Christmas was in the air, but so was an enjoyable and memorable rapport with the members of LWA or better known as “Lourmah Women’s Association. From dancing during an intermission number, participating in fun games, eating delicious food, singing karaoke, the best part of the night was sharing lots of laughter with the community people and being warmly welcomed in their group’s party.
SELECTING MEMBERS FOR THE BP TASK FORCE
The BP TASK FORCE is one of the most important components of our CHP on Hypertension. How heartwarming it was for people, who have love for their community, are truly willing to be trained in the art of blood pressure taking, to help in screening for fellow community residents who have elevated blood pressure. The effort of the team is one thing, but what makes such a program or plan have such a hopeful path is the volunteerism of the community’s own people.

And that ends our first community exposure in our fourth year in community medicine. We will surely miss the year 2022 but we are hopeful for a brighter 2023
